On April 1st, settlers from Kiryat Arba' uprooted 70 trees from land belonging to the Mohmoud Jaber family. The uprooted trees were planted on Land Day by the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee along with other organizations. The settlers also brought 2 tents and set them up on the land. On the same day at noon, settlers from the Beit Hadassah outpost in downtown Hebron stoned peace activist Silvia Huk, age 24, injuring her neck and head. On April 9th, roughly 30 settlers, some of them armed, from the Sosya settlement attacked Mosa Mohammed Shunaran’s home. The settlers also tried to uproot many olive trees belonging to the family and burn the houses, but village residents gathered to prevent the arson. Just days before, the settlers took over 8 dunams in the same area. Both the land and the house is 2 km to the west of the settlement.

On April 17th, three Army orders were issued which close hundreds of dunams of land located around the Karme Itsor settlement located between Hulhol and Beit Ommar to the north of Hebron. Mosa Makhamreh from the Land Defense Committee reports that "the first order prevents the residents from building any homes around the settlements, while the other two orders declare the land around the settlement a “closed military zone,” thus preventing the farmers from working or entering it. The land in question consists of 450 dunams. The consequence of this order is that farmers from both towns will loose their only source of income. The case is currently being heard in the Israeli courts. The closed land belongs to families from the towns, particularly the Zama'ra and Suliabee families."

On April 20th, four children from Tel Rumeida were injured when settlers stoned them on their way back from school. Hashem Azza, one of the residents of Tel Rumeida said that the settles attacked the students at noon. Students in this area experience daily settler attacks. Because of this, many Internationals come to protect and help the students pass; but even internationals are now targets for the settlers."

On April 20th, settlers to the south of Yatta attacked the Shawaheen and Nawaj'a families from the Litwani village, and told them that they must leave their land. On April 22nd, settlers from the Susya settlement attacked Fawziyya Jebreen Afana 60, and her four daughters with stones. The attack took place while Fawziyya and the daughters were working on their land near the settlement. The settlers forced them to leave the land. This is not the first time that they attacked us. They will do it again".

Kaed Da'na said that “our house and many houses in the area have become targets for settler attacks, which means our life has become very difficult, especially during the night. Many times, we went to the Israeli Police Station, but we have seen no positive change.” On the same day, the settlers who took over the Al Nazer house in the center of the old city stoned the residents as they walked on the street. They also, in cooperation with other settlers from outposts in the city, stoned nearby houses.

On April 25th, the Israeli Army started building new fences on the west side of Road 60 near Litwani village to the south east of Yatta. According to the Army, the aim of the fence is to create a separate area for the settlers' security. The length of the fence will be 300 meters. The fence will isolate the land. The owners of the land organized a protest march in cooperation with Internationals and Israeli supporters. Saber Huraini, the chairman of the Local Council in the village said that "the damaging and confiscating of land means that many families will lose their trees and thus an important source of income." The land, which is 3 dunams, belongs to Abu Sabha and Abu Oram families. On the same day, 7 armed settlers from Ma'oon settlement attacked 25 students from the Um Toba village as they returned from school. The settlers ran after the students, who managed to escape. Many people from the village came and forced the settlers to stop the action. It is important to note here that the students in the village face ongoing attacks from the settlers.

On April 27th, settlers from the Avigal settlement attacked farmers as they worked on their land near the settlement. The settlers brought hundreds of their goats and sheep and left them to damage and eat the crops that belong to the residents. Some physical clashes took place between the farmers and settlers. The farmer Na'eem Al Adra reports that “the settlers came and threatened us, saying that we had to leave or they would shoot us. They also left their goats to eat our crops. Nablus and the Northern West Bank

Settlers from many settlements, especially the settlement of Mikhora in the Nablus District have continually attacked residents of the Beit Fourek village. On April 2, around 50 settlers, some of them armed, attacked houses in the village. Some residents were stoned during clashes that took place when the residents tried to confront the settlers.

On April 7th, 28 settlers, most of whom were armed, came from the Itsehar settlement south of Nablus and attacked the Boys School in the 'Oreef village of the Nablus District. The settlers entered the school and threw stones at the classes. They also damaged a car belonging to the teacher Mohammed Sameer Sawalmeh, as well as water pipes belonging to the school. Some of the settlers trespassed onto the property of Raed Sabbah near the school and damaged many of his plants. Fawzee Shehadeh, the chairman of the Local Council in the village reports that "during the attacks, I made contact with the Palestinian Authority and the DCO in the district.
