They threw stones at the cars, smashing windows of three cars. As a result of the attacks the road was out of action for two hours. The previous night settlers from numerous downtown Hebron outposts had stoned at least seven houses located near the Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi (Cave of the Patriarchs). This was all part of the anti-disengagement from Gaza protest.
- On 20th August, settlers from Ramot Yashai attacked four internationals. - On 21st August army bulldozers started levelling land in Baq?a, north-east of Kiryat Arba. Ten dumans were damaged and over fifly remain under threat of confiscation for annexation to Kiryat Arba and Kharseena settlements. Hundreds of grapevines were uprooted. All these actions took place in full view of the soldiers on nearby checkpoints. At the same time the settlers pitched three tents south of the settlement, on land belonging to Mahmoud Boutee Jaber. These settlers have tried to confiscate this land for a while.
- On 28th August, the Army built a 150 metre long cement wall beside the main road leading to Tel Rumeyda, downtown Hebron. This is to prevent the residents from using part of the road, keeping it just for the settlers from Ramot Yashai. The resident were forced to use other long roads to reach their houses. At the same time settlers from the same outpost continued work started four months ago on a building, containg four flats, belonging to the Bakree family, near the outpost. They damaged some interior walls in order to prepare it for their use.

Some clashes happened between the settlers and the residents who tried to defend themselves, forcing the settlers to leave the villages.
- On 30th August, the Israeli Authority released an order to Palestinians from Deir Hatab and Azmout villages in Nablus district that approximately one thousand dumans would be confiscated for expansion of Alon Moreh settlement. Settlers then set fire to olive trees. This land belongs to tens of families from the two villages. Deir Hatab Local Council member, Abed El Kareem Husain said that with this confiscation the border of the settlement has become very close to our houses and prevents any construction or development of the village in the future. More importantly thousands of dumans will be isolated and the farmers will face real limitations and hardships in order to access them, as they are located on the other side of the confiscated land and they must use long roads to reach them.
