| Palestinian police clash with Hamas
A Palestinian policeman and two civilians have been killed during clashes between security forces and Hamas members in Gaza City. More than 40 people were also reported wounded in the fighting on Sunday evening, the first such incident since Israel withdrew from Gaza last month, witnesses said.

| Israeli Justice Minisrty reexamines investigations into police actions during the October 2000 riots
Mohammed Barakeh (MK member Hadash) said Friday the decision to
reexamine the Police Investigations Department decision to close the
cases against all police officers involved in the October 2000 riots
was a "cover-up" attempt and an effort to increase the foot-dragging
surrounding the investigation of the deaths of 13 Arab protesters
killed during clashes with police. |

| Israeli conscientions objectors imprisoned
Today, approximately 100 young Israeli activists demonstrated in front of the main military draft center near Tel Aviv against the imprisonment of two conscientious objectors who are refusing to join the Israeli army.

| Israeli army bombs Gaza & more arrestes in West Bank
Israel has fired several missiles into Gaza, knocking out electricity in most of Gaza City. Meanwhile, Israel rounded up 84 people in the West Bank, bringing the number of arrests to over 300 since Sharon ordered a crackdown on armed factions last weekend.
